
Google voice search is a searching function that allows people to speak the keywords to the web rather than typing. Google voice search is available to many different electronic devices, such as desktop, and Ipad. Customers just need to speak the word “wake” to wake up the function then the relative websites will automatically come out.
Google voice search was born in the year of 2010 from Google Lab where Google engineers can try and test different new technologies and ideas. In the following years, Google applies this technique to many popular Google products. For instance, ‘Google Maps’, ‘Google Now’ (virtual assistant), etc. Nowadays, dozens of products and applications can fully compatible Google voice search. Then, we will talk about the advantages and disadvantage of Google voice search. It is friendly to people with a visual problem. They do not need to see what words are on the screen and they can just speak to the electronic devices and say the research keywords.
However, there is some drawback of Google voice search as well. Customers’ privacy cannot be guaranteed after searching a vast amount of personal information keywords to Google. Because every keyword that you have provided to the Google search engine will be stored on Google’s servers.
